In the U.S.

When seeking medical treatment in the United States, you have the opportunity to minimize your out-of-pocket expenses by utilizing an independent Preferred Provider Organization (PPO). We has established a vast network of highly qualified medical practitioners and reputable hospitals throughout the country, all of which have been contracted by us. To identify the appropriate PPO network to use, kindly refer to your ID card. While we strive to keep the PPO directory updated regularly, it is important to note that changes may occur between updates. To ensure that your chosen physician is still participating in the network, we recommend contacting their office directly to confirm their current status.

To optimize your search results and find the most suitable providers, we encourage you to provide as much information as possible. The more criteria you enter, the more specific and tailored your search results will be.

Before start searching, please refer to your ID card on which PPO network to use:

Small Walk-in clinics

Do you have a non-emergency medical issue and want to avoid the high costs of a hospital emergency room? Consider visiting a Walk-In Clinic instead!

Walk-in clinics offer the convenience of online appointment scheduling or even allow you to walk in without an appointment. However, please remember that walk-in clinics are not suitable for emergencies or life-threatening conditions.

Here are some common reasons people visit walk-in clinics:

– Sore throat, cough, or flu-like symptoms
– Testing for strep throat, COVID-19, or other illnesses
– Minor infections like ear infections or UTIs
– Minor burns and rashes
– Minor injuries such as sprains

Another great benefit of walk-in clinics is that many have both medical providers and pharmacies in the same building. This means you don’t have to visit a separate location to pick up your prescription after seeing the doctor.

CVS Minute Clinic is the largest network of walk-in clinics covered by the FirstHealth and UnitedHealthCare Networks, which are included in most plans.

Outside the U.S.

If you need medical treatment outside of the United States with our IMG travel medical plans, you can rely on our International Provider AccessSM (IPA) database. This database includes over 45,000 skilled physicians and facilities worldwide, ensuring that you have access to quality care wherever you are. You can use the IPA search tool to easily find providers who offer direct billing services. By choosing these providers, you may be able to reduce your out-of-pocket expenses for certain inpatient procedures, depending on your benefits.

For more information on the claims process, we recommend visiting our Claims Center, where you can find detailed information and guidance.
